Recharge Process

To recharge your mobile:
  1. Select your mobile operator
  2. Enter your mobile number
  3. Choose a recharge amount
  4. Select payment method
  5. Complete the payment
Your recharge will be processed instantly after successful payment.

We currently support all major UAE operators:
  • Etisalat
  • du
  • Virgin Mobile

Recharges are typically processed instantly after successful payment. In rare cases, it might take up to 15 minutes. If you don't receive your recharge within this time, please contact our support team.

If your payment fails, no amount will be deducted from your account. You can try again with the same or different payment method. If money was deducted but recharge failed, it will be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days.

Yes, you can save multiple mobile numbers in your account for quick recharge. To add a number:
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to "My Profile"
  3. Click on "Add Mobile Number"
  4. Enter the number and save
